I viewed the owl this morning at 10 AM. It is located about 1 1/2 miles east of I-35 in Story County of County E29. It is between 570 & 580th Streets on the the north side of the road about 100 yards out. E29 is a very busy road with no shoulders. Caution is advised in viewing the bird from the highway.
