I stopped by Lake Icaria and found a flock of Icterids with about 35 Red-winged Blackbirds, 15 Rusty Blackbirds, and 5 Brown-headed Cowbirds. Only waterfowl present were Canada Goose, Cackling Goose, Mallard, Lesser Scaup, Ruddy Duck, and Common Goldeneye. A Northern Shrike and Rough-legged Hawk were found in rural Adams County. I also found a small flock of Lapland Longspurs in rural Taylor County (only the 2nd flock of the season I've found).
