On my way into Spirit Lake this morning, I saw a Snowy Owl on some branches
at the top of a tree off 240th Ave along the west side of Big Spirit Lake
(near the dirt road between Sunken Lake and East Hottes Lake). First time
I've ever seen one in a tree.

On my way back home it had moved a hundred yards or so north and was now in
a tree along 240th Ave looking down at a muskrat on the ice on East Hottes
Lake.
