A quick look around Iowa City yielded 3 Bald Eagles hanging around the Benton St. bridge and a flock of 6 hanging out about 1/4 mile downstream along the bike trail. A mixed flock of ~50 Canada Geese (some Cackling Geese mixed in) and some Mallards were hanging on the first sandbar south of the bridge as well. I was only able to locate a pair of Gadwall below the Coralville Dam this afternoon compared to the flock of 14 reported ealier in the week....
