Hi,
I found a Snowy Owl on a muskrat mound in the middle of Forney Lake at 5:10
this evening. This might be a new bird as I haven't seen a dark female in the
area since 1/12/11. I found a Short-eared Owl on a power pole west of I-29 on
192ndAve.
I last saw the Snowy Owl on 230th Street near Farragut on 1/23/12. This bird
shows up around 5:00 P.M.
