One of the children called us outside to see two hawks.  By the time we were 
there, we saw one.  It was a Red-tailed. 

While we were scanning the sky, we were met with a wonderful sight.  American 
White Pelicans.  They lazily circled as a group and slowly headed west.  Maybe 
they will land at Lake Panorama??    I took a few pictures, one of them far out 
to get a count.  There were 97 of them.  

This isn't the whole group, but just three.  Not a great picture, but I got a 
kick out of the one looking down.

Isn't migration wonderful?  When else can we see Pelicans this far from water?
