Birders, This morning at around 5 AM I heard a Say's Phoebe just east of the southeast-most building in the Super 8 complex in Onawa. The bird was singing continuously for about 15 minutes and the song was very distinct. Unfortunately, since it was dark and because I had an obligation at 5:30 AM, I was never able to see the bird. Upon returning this afternoon around 1 PM and searching for an hour, I was unable to relocate it.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions. I apologize for the late post as I've been away from a computer and in and out of cell phone coverage.
