A lone Cattle Egret was seen at the Sankey gravel pits west of Hutchens in Hancock County today.
The House Wren is back in the backyard here. I did not see the Avocets at Ventura Marsh this afternoon but the light was wrong for viewing and the birds were all quite a ways out.......so they could have been there.
