Birders,
While checking my bluebird boxes at the Brenton Arboretum in Dallas
County this morning, I saw a Northern Mockingbird in the conifer
section.

This afternoon, I was able to make a quick lap around Saylorville. The
Red-necked Grebe had moved considerably and was close to shore off of
Oak Grove. FOY birds for me were Bank Swallow, Eastern Towhee, and
Eared Grebe (associating with the Red-necked Grebe).

Good birding,
John Bissell
Grimes
