Just days after stumbling onto my first Polk Co. Carolina Wren, what happens? One shows up in my backyard. With my windows wide open, a singing Carolina Wren in my neighborhood was a pleasant sound to wake up to this morning. In realizing what I was hearing in my subconsciousness, I bolted outside with my bins and only waited a few minutes before the Wren made an appearance and sang from my backyard.
