Tonight I checked Swan Lake and as usual found a few shorebirds
including juv. Short-billed Dowitchers and Stilt Sandpipers. Most
notable was a juv. WESTERN SANDPIPER at the east end.
At Scales Point were 5 Forster's Terns in fresh juvenile plumage.
