Birders,

Amongst the expected shorbs, a lone WESTERN SANPIPER was at the far western 
edge (appropriately, right?) of Swan Lake. Best viewed from the fishing jetty 
below the campground. It was standing by itself on a rock fairly far away from 
the water. 

Also present were 5 RED-NECKED PHALAROPES on the northeast shoreline.

Swan Lake State Park is ~2 miles southeast of Carroll in Carroll County.
