Birders, I checked Saylorville this afternoon. Windy conditions made scoping very difficult but i saw the following birds of interest.
Sanderling at sandpiper (Tommy Stone found this one as i pulled up) 7 Common Loons 10 Horned Grebes off the dam 5 American Pipits I was unable to relocate the previously reported Red-necked Grebe or the Sandpiper Spotted Towhee.
