Today, at work, while on the clock I observed a
Long-Eared Owl on the lot at Warren Transport which
is about 10 acres of asphalt and currently has about
800 tractors on it. As I was driving through the lot,
I saw the bird flying between the tractors and it landed
in a mulberry tree, in a yard adjacent to the lot,
where it spent most of the day and afternoon. I even got
to show it to a co-worker who had never seen one! Pretty
neat to see one at work!
Another one to add to the work list.

Good Birding,
Tommy Stone,
Evansdale
