Birders, The Red-throated Loon was seen from Lakeview at around 3:00. It was very distant and boats and heat shimmer made viewing a challenge, but it stands out amongst a lake full of American Coots and was very actively foraging.
Also seen was a single Surf Scoter at the Polk City WA. (Thanks Steve Dinsmore!)
