This morning there was a Surf Scoter off the dam among ~20,000 ducks consisting mostly of Gadwall, Mallard, Lesser Scaup, and Ruddy Duck. Lingering shorebirds at Jester included Black-bellied Plover, American Golden Plover, Lesser Yellowlegs, and Pectoral Sandpiper.
