Early this AM, there was a nice variety of shorebirds on the frozen mudflats and sheetwater at the Slough:

Killdeer undetermined bunch
Golden Plover 38
Pectoral Sandpiper 27
Greater Yellowlegs 12
Dunlin 6
Least Sandpiper 6

Also on the flats were 32 American Pipits, a dozen Bald Eagles keeping eyes on the goose/duck/swan flocks huddled together in the middle of the pool, and a flock of about 50 Brewer's Blackbirds trying to find a drink/bath.

At least one Snow Bunting buzzed repeatedly as it accompanied a flock of Lapland Longspurs overhead.
