This afternoon I was surprised to find 3 handsome Common Loons at
Pleasant Creek Lake, which was still 2/3 ice! Duck numbers weren't as
impressive as I hoped but a few Tree Swallows were FOY for me.
On the way home I spotted a pair of Ospreys, already on their cell tower
nest just south of Palo.
