>From Colo in Story County, drive east on E-41 (old 30) to 720th. Turn left (north) for 3/4 mile. Upland Sandpipers have been seen along the road the last two days. Continue north 2 more miles. There are two ponds along the road. Nine Hudsonian Godwits were seen on the east pond.
Return to E-41 and go east 1/4 mile. In the pasture to the north was the Cattle Egret plus many shorebirds and ducks.
