Planned a full day of birding for Osceola and Lyon but abbreviated it around
12:45

70 species  with 35 being new county bird (not hard to get that many when one
only had 48 to start with.

In a very small pond just west of Harris
  Wood Duck 32 (3 f. and 29 young)
  Redhead 1m.
  Green-winged Teal 1 m.

Mudflat 1/2 mile north of May City
  Least Sandpiper 5
  Killdeer 23

Great-tailed Grackle 1  (look pretty beat up with a couple of missing
tail-feathers)  Small sheet water in a field
Common Yellowthroats were the only warbler heard or seen

All the regular swallows--Bank in 3 locations

ULPJ--Unidentified Little Purple Job

Misses--
  Eastern Phoebe
  Willow Flycatcher
  Black-capped Chickadee
  White-breasted Nuthatch
  Field Sparrow

Nice day to bird but long ways between birds with more fields than anything
else.  Lakes continue to be empty except for 8 AW Pelicans in two locations.

God Bless,
