Two days before first day of spring, approx. 40 American White
Pelicans, a courting pair of Sandhill Cranes, several Great Blue
Herons, and hundreds of the first to migrate waterfowl have made in
northward to Allamakee County in the beautiful Driftless Area. Also,
Peregrine Falcons have been appearing on the top of the Blackhawk
Bridge at Lansing for about a week.
Birding = An ongoing series of precious moments!!!
