Bill Scheible and I spent the day birding in Washington County. We finished with 106 species including 20 warbler species. The highlight was our visit to Brinton Timber, where we saw at least 10 male Scarlet Tanagers; watched an extended courtship interaction between one female and two male Cerulean Warblers; and had several nice flocks of migrant warblers which included more Golden-winged Warblers than we could remember seeing in one day.
