This morning it was real quiet at Squaw Creek Park and I didn't hear
any Connecticut Warblers. But as I walked a trail, a female popped up
to eye-level and I got an excellent but short look at it in profile.
I wasn't expecting the bird to be a CONNECTICUT WARBLER so was it was
a pleasant surprise.
Also, a Red-shouldered Hawk was west of the park on a powerline.
