Heh, maybe we should bug them to proceed a little bit... ;) Their plan comparison is here (http://getsatisfaction.com/features), while the free plan already looks rather sensible to me. From looking at the sites, I, myself, have a slight preference for GetSatisfaction: I like the division into problems, ideas and questions, which could make a developer's life much easier.
