Yes, with an IMAP enabled client such as Thunderbird you can easily copy and relocate all your mail folders.
If you want to keep it online with GoogleApps, you can do the same to move all the mail to another gmail account. With an SFTP client such as CyberDuck, users can easily access, relocate or archive all their GoogelDoc files.
