Akhirnya terbentur pada "prod cost" dan akibat yang ditimbulkan-nya pada lingkungan. (Harga minyak pada saat itu sekitar US$ 15 - 10). Dengan harga minyak saat ini diatas US$ 50.- maka jadi ekonomis ! Bagaimana dengan dampak lingkungan ?
Saya "dengar" sudah ada perusahaan yang melihat kemungkinan oil shale di Indonesia . Katamnya "prod cost"-nya sekitar US$ 20,- Bagaimana dengan payung hukum-nya , apa pakau UU Pertambangan ataukah UU Migas ?
