Ya mesti, lah, kalau akan menjalankan ekplorasi-eksploitasi selalu membutuhkan tenaga manusia. Walaupun begitu teknologi selalu akan menggantikan atau mengurangi jumlahnya. Tetapi setiap kenaikan kebutuhan mendadak maka dipastikan teknologi tertinggal beberapa langkah sehingga kebutuhan tenaga manusia akan dipergunakan untuk mengisinya.
