Kemaren siang mang Okim dan neng Ai sempat menengok beliau di rumah kediaman di Komplek Geologi Jl. Situ Batu III / D2 Buah Batu Bandung ( tel. 022-7301339 ). Beliau bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik , lewat telpon ataupun berhadapan langsung , dan wajah beliau tampak sudah mulai segar dan bersinar. Walaupun demikian, sejauh pengamatan mang Okim, keadaan beliau masih sangat lemah. Kaki beliau masih belum bisa dibuat jalan ( kekurangan garam kalium atau natrium ?). Menurut keterangan Bu Rafi, beberapa hari sebelum masuk rumah sakit, Pak Untung yang ahli mesjid dan disiplin berpuasa, memang sudah sering jatuh. Hal ini diperparah oleh sangat sedikitnya makanan yang dikonsumsi Pak Untung sehingga dokter berkesimpulan kurang gizi. Detik jantung beliau sewaktu di rumah sakit pernah mencapai hampir 140 / menit. Dan kalau tidak cepat terdeteksi, Pak Untung bisa ketambahan penyakit pneumonia. Pada saat ini Pak Untung berada dalam pengawasan 3 dokter spesialis, masing-masing di bidang penyakit jantung, paru-paru, dan ginjal. Rekan-rekan IAGI yang budiman, Sejak hampir 2 mingguan sampai kemaren, baik Pak Untung ataupun Bu Rafi belum sempat membuka e-mail IAGI. Mang Okim ceritakan betapa banyaknya rekan-rekan IAGI dan HAGI yang mengirim e-mail simpati atas sakitnya Pak Untung dan mendoakan untuk kesembuhan beliau. Mungkin Bu Rafi telah mem-print email rekan-rekan dan menunjukkannya ke Pak Untung untuk sekedar memberikan penghiburan kepada beliau . Kepada rekan-rekan IAGI dan HAGI, marilah kita tak jemu-jemunya mengirimkan doa ke hadirat Allah SWT untuk kesembuhan Pak Untung . Dan kita kirimkan juga do'a untuk Bu Rafi Untung dan keluarga, semoga diberikan kesabaran dan ketabahan dalam mendampingi dan merawat Pak Untung menuju kesembuhannya . Amiin ya Robbul Alamin.
