Pakde Bandono nek Waskita Karya , Nindya Karya , begitu juga Pertamina, Telkom , PLN dll itu Bukan BHMN tapi BUMN , aturanya ada di UU BUMN , ini ukurane gampang rugi opo bati nek rugi yo dibubarkan saja . Nek BP Migas itu BHMN yg dibentuk oleh UU tersendiri , kalau UU nya dibatalkan yo Bubar BHMN tsb. Cuma kalau semua BHMN itu anggarannya dari APBN tapi khusus BP Migas Anggrannya dari Fee pemerintah , pastine luwih gede entuke ... he...he...he.. bedo karo Peg Neg yg diambilkan dari APBN dan diatur dg PGPS.
