Lemigas kalau mau main diarea ini ( industri jasa ) harus ganti kelamin jadi Badan Usaha . Pada prisipnya lembaga pemerintah gak boleh Mroyek cari duit karena misinya sebagai publik service yg semuanya dibiyayai negara. kalau ada pemasukan seberapapun harus disetor ke kas negara sebagai PNBP yg nantinya harus masuk APBN lalai lalai bisa jadi pasiennya Kuningan. bahkan jualan Peta apalagi data yg dihasilkannnya itu tidak boleh. ( makanya sepanjang Peta/Data itu secara UU tdk ada larangan untuk disebarluaskan , publik bisa minta data/Peta/ informasi/bukulaporan tsb keinstansi yg bersangkutan secara gratis paling ganti ongkos cetak , karena semuanya sdh dibiyayai oleh negara)Industri jasa dalam negeri yg dikelola dg baik itu biasanya sedikit sekali , biasanya kalau dapat proyek baru kesana kemari pinjam alat dan cari SDM. misal kalau dapat pekerjaan survai geofisika alatnya pinjam instansi sama sekalian operatornya. atau malahan disubkontrakan sekalian , jadi akan sulit berkembang , jarang sekali yg mandiri punya peralatan sendiri dg SDM yg kuat .
