An easy way to do this is to put a shortcut to the Services applet on your desktop." If they mean "Mapping Document" by SQLMap.config then it is okay to deal with , but still it is killing the beauty of ASP.NET Web App development... by saying "Restarting ur webserver" and if they mean SQLMap.xml then ...IBATIS sucks!
