Hello Franz Josef, You havent indicated that you did anything with your windows server.
I have some PCs with escon cards in it that only support a single logical channel. From our LPARs we have to make sure only one lpar has that CHPID active before we boot up the PC. If there are more than one lpar the connection fails to get started. Please restart your windows server and ensure that your CHPID is only online to one lpar. This may resolve your problem.
