HI: Can I IPL an OS/390 2.5 with out RACF Dataset ?. ( System can not locate SYS1.RACF dataset and I don't have 3490's ( for a while ) to make a tape restore stand alone ). If yes, so what is the IBMUSER password to be used ?. Thanks.
