All, I just ran into this problem after spending a lot of time trying to debug The problem. It is beyond me why the Serverpac, or the Order Center people cannot proactively notify those customers that ordered During this time period. The fix is a fairly simple procedure given by The support center, but is *more* than just doing a "chown -Rf 0 /". So if you suffer from this, contact them for the full procedure.
