If it wasn't in there (which I'd be surprised to hear), then you have a valid complaint and you should request that the PSP buckets be updated before some other poor soul runs into the same problem. Sorry if this sounds a little harsh, but I've run into this sort of issue with many sysprogs over the years who don't pay attention to PSP.
