Was the problem mentioned in the PSP buckets?  Did you download
them and review them prior to starting to install your order?

If it was in there and you didn't check or see it, then your
complaint is not valid.  Consider it a learning experince and
remember to do so the next time.   If it wasn't in there (which
I'd be surprised to hear), then you have a valid complaint and
you should request that the PSP buckets be updated before some
other poor soul runs into the same problem.

Sorry if this sounds a little harsh, but I've run into this
sort of issue with many sysprogs over the years who don't
pay attention to PSP.
