The only reason to redo a catalog is a) you have IMBED and/or REPLICATE (which is going away in the future), and b) if the CISIZE is too small. If you can EXPORT/IMPORT the catalog, the attributes IMBED/REPLICATE will be removed, and the CISIZE will be adjusted. That is if you have on APAR OA10952.
