We Had the problem of losing ASID's when we shut down DB2 to take full
volume DR backups (we have the luxury of time). By accident we found that
we got the ASID's back when our Omegamon II for DB2 tasks shut down, so
now we shut those down too. Do you run Omegamon (or some other product
like that)? We are still losing 7 a week we can't account for (no
additional address space unavailable messages) but that's a lot better
than the rate we were going through them.
