Quick fix at the time to make sure everyone used the Y2K complient library without having to worry about missing a JCL change somewhere. So the library is in the STEPLIB concatenation, but never opened. I just recently noticed that some of these old LE libraries were never cleaned up and I'm trying to do so now without causing jobs to fail due to JCL errors (even if they are only programmer jobs). After some due diligence, then I will get rid of them (via proper change control of course) and take any heat from people who were not informed.
