Sure it can . The .EDU's have been starving for this for 15+ years
this is just catching up with the pent up demand. The real question is
whether IBM will sustain it (or not).
The more important numbers are in 2+ years, IMO.
Make up your mind. Either it's too little too late or it's an initiative
whose impact won't be known/understood for another 2+ years.
