There is a z/OS 1.5 system here dedicated to supporting faculty and
students around the world in this program. I don't know specifically
about this institution, but we've had schools in Eastern Europe before.

We have a staff member dedicated to this project. If you find a school
or faculty member who wants to join, I can get them in contact with the
correct people. It doesn't cost them anything.

There are some additional functions and features we have in the pipeline
if there is demand.
