ISRDDN is no more a sysprog tool than LISTA. Sure, it has more functionality, but what are you afraid of? That your users might screw up some datasets? There are lots of ways for them to do that anyway. <grin>
Teach them how it works and why it is useful. Empower them with a little knowledge. Make a friend and save a future phone call. I hope this list is for dump as well as the smart people. It only takes a dump question to get the smart one to answer. I always like to use "TSO ISRDDN" to free my dataset. Check it out as I found a lot of users do not know of this. I have been questioned by the security team "is this a tool for sysprog?" as he does not know of it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html LEGAL DISCLAIMER The information transmitted is intended solely for the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material.
