1985 (or was it 1986) - What a wonderful year. DFP delta and a JES2 level set.
Had just made the transition from SMP4 to SMP/E. Where have the years gone?

Why do you believe that it was better in the past.
...

We had a problem with DFP pre-ESA 4.

IBM told us that they wouldn't help us until we were current.

The apply chain had so many PE's that it never resolved!

A couple of months later they released a 'level set' for DFP.

It was PE'd three weeks later.
