Hi Eric,

What TN3270 client are you using on the "old" and "new" PCs?
Vendor/Version/Build?  

Have you had anyone try another one like Vista
http://www.tombrennansoftware.com ?

If it is IBM PCOM have you checked to make sure you have the current CSD
applied so that it fully support Windows XP?

This really sounds like an issue with the TN3270 client more likely than XP
itself.
