Not through a Wiki, not through CBT, but by providing education and showing enthousiasm about what we do. My experience shows that once you educate people and show them what a mainframe really is, they too become enthousiastic about it. Of course they have to be willing (at least a little bit), but then my entousiasm does rub off on those that have an open mind.
