I don't know. According to some rules presented lately, it is much too
much (recommendation was AFAIK minimum of 30 buffers and 240kB). The
other paper I read states that default value for PS file is almost optimal.
However another question is "so what ?"
Maybe you overallocated buffers. You wasted some resources. Does make
big pain ? How big ?
