IBM's internal zSeries European customer satisfaction index fell over
8% in the first two quarters of 2005. Customers cited:
a) Not enough skilled people
A lot of us are approaching retirement age (if not already there) and the
skilled people pool is evaporating.
b) Software too expensive
See a). With a high demand for developers the price to keep them keeps
going up.
