BTW, even though the official party line from IBM is "don't share PDSE across sysplex boundries" (even for read only), they share their sysreses across sysplex boundries in system test (and probably other development and test environments also). In general it is certainly true that bad things can happen if you share without an integrity manager and I'm not advocating you do so for your sysres. But it is an option.
