You need to talk to your security people. Ask them whether they really
want GTF to run under a generic userid (START2), as opposed to a
userid specific for traces. Then ask them to tell you what names are
permitted for GTF output; they may decide to permit SYS1.TRACE, or
they may decide to change the name. Change the GRF proc to match what
the security people decide.
