We are currently on z/OS 1.10 and are in the process of rolling out some
new system maintenance on our development systems (going from about
PUT0812 to PUT0905). On the LPARS that are still on the old maintenance
if I issue a 'D OMVS,WAITERS' command it always shows that nothing is
waiting. If I issue this command on the systems with the new
maintenance there are many pages of tasks that show up under OTHER
WAITING THREADS as 'IS DOING: Osi Wait'. We are not experiencing any
problems, just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing?
