Thank you all for your many replies and solutions. I'll try them out though I still need time to learn and understand some principles of ISPF. (Steve - the courses you provided are very attractive to me, they are really what I need to learn. But we have some senior mainframe specialists in the company and I think my boss will consider them first if I require for a class...)
